The Luthuli Museum hosted a dialogue on gender-based violence and xenophobia which was followed by a March to, not only take a stand against, but also stand in solidarity with all the victims who have suffered and continue to suffer the inhumane acts of violence.

The Keynote Speaker, Dr. Albertina Luthuli, spoke on “What would Chief Albert Luthuli say about gender-based violence, xenophobia?” joined by BEC Member of the ANC in the John Dube Branch, Sipho Mkhize as well as ANCYL PEC member, Nkosenhle Mngadi.

The day was also to celebrate our culture and the diversity of our beliefs and traditions, in the wider context of a nation that belongs to all its people.
