| Valentine’s Day is celebrated by aerobics class at the Luthuli Museum!
The Luthuli Museum aerobics team wrapped today’s session and celebrated Valentine’s Day by exchanging red roses and wishing each other “Happy Valentine’s Day”. This was after surviving squats, lunges and runs, proving that love truly does conquer all… including sore muscles. Between laughter, selfies, and the heroic effort to look glamorous after a workout, the team turned the moment into a joyful blend of fitness and friendship thus reflecting the values of togetherness and community that remain central to the Luthuli Museum’s mission. Such positive energy continues to inspire the Museum. These weekend Saturday and Sunday morning aerobics sessions are open to everyone interested. The sessions start from 06:30 – 08:00.
